To start a physiotherapy or personal training/coaching trail first a intake will be done to look at problem areas and your personal aims. The intake takes about one hour and is free of charge.
After the intake I will make a proposition including content, length and costs.
When you agree with the proposition we will start.
During the trail there are several evaluation moments.
The trail will end when your aims are achieved or when we reached the boundaries of our possibilities.
Note that all meetings and exercises during the trail are possible at your home, in open air, in our practice or in a modern centre!
Pricing: average price will be in between 40 to 85 euros/hour, depending on the service, location and length of the trail.
