Daily life / Personal Assistance
Problems in daily life can vary from not being able to do the housework or sitting on a chair for a dinner to overreacting on a situation with your partner or kids. Things that seemed normal changed over a period of time. Maybe you do things wrong, maybe your physical condition is low or you are stressed. The PhyMen Coach can look at daily life activities and see what can be done to get back in a good energy-balance to enjoy all the normal things as you want them to.
Two possibilities: personal assistance or coaching
If you are in a situacion with a very small posibility to regain body condicion (for example with a chronic disease) , you might look for high level personal assistance. My wayof personal assistance is focused on giving support and where needed care and cure. Being physical therapist I worked with a wide variety of people and I have knowledge of many diseases / symptoms. Goal is to maintain quality of life.
If you are in a situacion where there are posibilities to regain body condition & mind energy, coaching is more adequately. My way of coaching is focused on problem management. By changing your own behaviour you will get in control.
To change behaviour a strong motivation is required. I don't believe in using pills or short term diets as a healthy way of life. If you are willing to put effort in yourself, I can help you reach a better quality of life, guaranteed.

The PhyMen Coach way of working
Most people visit a doctor or therapist for physical problems. The professionals will try to solve your problem but often forget to look at you as a person who experiences the problem in all aspects of your life.
The PhyMen Coach looks from a different more overall holistic point of view (based on internal personal capacity vs external physical & cognitive load) and gives you tools and control to get better (increase capacity or decrease load).
You as the client are important because you live your life the way you want, now and in the future.
